All the meeting room hire charges quoted are inclusive of one screen, up to four flip pads, jotter pads, pencils, mints, apples, and chocolate energy bars.

Refreshment charges:

  • Mineral water is charged at £3.50 per bottle, as consumed.
  • Morning coffee and Bakery products at £4.50 per person
  • Mid morning coffee with shortbread at £2.75 per person
  • Afternoon tea with cake at £4.50 per person

Lunch charges:

  • Working Lunch – Sandwich selection, Crisps, Fresh Fruit and Fruit Juice at £12.50 per person.
  • Sit Down Lunch in our restaurant – 3 courses for £17.50, or 2 courses for £12.50 including a glass of wine. Subject to availability. (Maximum of 20 delegates).
  • Hot and Cold Buffet – £19.50 per person including 3 starters, 2 hot main dishes and 3 desserts. (Minimum of 10 delegates).

Day Delegate Rates @ £55.00 per person per day including:

  • Hire of conference room, including jotter pads, pencils, mints and chocolate energy bars.
  • Use of Hotel’s meeting equipment (i.e. screen and flipcharts).
  • Morning coffee on arrival with Danish.
  • Tea & coffee break with biscuits during your meeting in the morning.
  • Working Lunch including sandwiches, crisps, fruit and juice.
  • Tea & coffee with cake in the afternoon, served in the meeting room.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Residential rates
Residential 24 Hour Delegate Rate @ £175.00 per person per day including:

  • Hire of conference room, including jotter pads, pencils, mints and chocolate energy bars.
  • Use of Hotel’s meeting equipment (i.e. screen and flipcharts).
  • Morning coffee on arrival with Danish.
  • Tea & coffee break with biscuits during your meeting in the morning.
  • Working Lunch including sandwiches, crisps, fruit and juice.
  • Tea & coffee with cake in the afternoon, served in the meeting room.
  • Three course dinner (excluding beverages).
  • Overnight accommodation.
  • Full English breakfast.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
